THE GOAL
The goal of the Afro-Deutscher Awards is to set a standard that challenges African businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in the diaspora (especially those living in Germany) to work and create with excellence, diligence, and pride, no matter where they find themselves.
MEET THE BOARD
The board is made of Entrepreneurs, Social workers, models, financial experts as well as leaders of the African community in Hamburg who have in-debt knowledge of the community. Their job is to select deserving nominees out of a long list provided by the research team and finally agree on who wins what based on a selection criteria.
